I was using, this , book while I was prego and then I put in away in the clset but it has a number of power nursing foods for yout blood type as well as an entire section for introducing baby foods. It tells you to use your blood type for your baby and so I am looking at A foods for Max. It is starnge because Max had problems digesting sweet potatoes and he has a horrible allergy to corn, both foods that are not good for him according to the book.
