Here are the firsts of many belly shots to come. Scott was not around to take the picture so I took it in the mirror. I will take a other picture this Friday for my 12 week belly shot. I saw my midwife today, Ronni Rothman, who is one of the funniest jewish women I know. Anyway, we heard a heart beat and all was well. It was good to know that I am feeling crappy for a reason. No matter what-I still get nervous the day before the doctors apt because I just want to hear that heart beat. I almost stopped breathing when she had a tough time at first but she said it is tougher when it is early-still I knew that in my head but my heart was shaking. My blood pressure was low as usual : 100 over 60 and it will only get lower as time goers on. But on the bright side-I will not have preclampsia, which is a condition due to high blood pressure.
I have gained about 5 pounds even though the stupid scale at the doctors claimed but much more but hey-I just ate right before. I hate those doctors scales. All I know is that I am going by my scale at home and not paying any attention to her scale.
