I know that we have never really followed any type of sleep method but I am at a loss. Max is having a rally tough time and the only way he actually falls asleep is in my arms. He may sleep for a few hours and then he wakes and then I do not want to keep giving him Tylenol and so I pick him up and take him to bed. Why? Well I am tired too. I am scared that he won’t sleep on his own again. I just don’t know what to do.Any suggestions?
