Today we went to ther park and walked with my Mom and step dad. It was wonderful. It was glorious. We had such a great time. My mom and I walked with the baby and her dog. We talked and talked and at one point she started to cry because she said this was her dream come true. It is pretty fabulous being so near my mom. She is so special and I love her so much.
Then we went to the local spot for breakfast/brunch. The name of the spot is Bruno’s and there were tons of babies and strollers. It made me feel all gooshy indie knowing that Max will grow up at this spot and they will get tyo know him. My step father introduced him to the line cook, Tim, and Tim gave him some baseball cards and of coure, Max chewed on them.
But Max sat in a high chair at the table and just played. I fed him some strawberries and he tried some of my oatmeal. I saw a toddler playing across from us and realized that my son would be that big oneday. As he nursed and played with my hair, I took a deap breath and thanked the higher ups for my life.
