Today Max and I were enjoying the sun and the weather. Since we were totally approved for our mortgage, that means we are moving, which means a veggie garden, flowers and grass. We will not be too far from the city and my favorite healthy eating spots. But it will be a change and a good change. I love the city but I also have dreams of Max playing in the grass with our Pugs. I am so excited to move and cook in my new kitchen. I was thinking all day of going to the farmers market, near our new house, and getting tons of yummy veggies. We also just bought a new grill and we will cook almost all year since we have a built in fire place in the backyard. All is good.
Tonight I was reading Goodnight Moon, one of my childhood favorites, and Max was turning the pages. He was so excited that his entire body was shaking. It was so cute.
Another Max thing: we moved to the next diaper level. It is a shame, since I just bought diapers, but I am sure I know someone who needs them.
I also notice that when I am not directly looking at Max and he wants my attention, he cries and that makes me happy because I am happy that he does not have an issue asking for what he wants.
Isn’t it glorious being a mom?
