Max doing the tripod!! 04-19-07

Max, you are growing up so fast. You are the best little baby in the world.

Oh Max, how you have grown. You are now 16 pounds and you are like a sack of potatoes on mommy’ shoulder. I cannot even carry your car seat anymore because you are so heavy. I have to switch you from hip to hip and shoulder to shoulder. You loved to be carried and you love to be next to your mom and dad.

 You are such a little person now. You have started to do the tripod, which is sitting but your body is folded over for support. You used to hate tummy time but now you do not mind since you have stronger baby back muscles. You pick your head up high and smile and laugh.

You still love your bath time and you just sit in there and stick your fist in your mouth and relax. You are very proud that you can stick 2 fists in your mouth and you don’t even mind gagging. You always make sure that one of us sees all these amazing things that you are doing. You are such a ham, like your dad.

You giggle constantly and you love to be tickled on your temples, under your chin, your chub legs and under your arms. In the morning, I clean under your chin and you laugh and laugh. This makes me laugh too.

You have outgrown all of your 0-3 month clothing and now you are not too far off from outgrowing your 3-6.

You love to watch your dogs play and still ojne of your favorite games is to make them bark at you.

You hate your swing now because you cannot watch the world. You are very inquisitive and at times you look very serious.

People say you look like Mommy but you have your father’s chubby face that he had as a baby.

You have such a personality. Max, you came into our world 4 months ago and it has not been the same..it has been better than I ever thought life could be.
