It has almost been 4 months since my little man was born. I was 148 pounds at thr end and now I am 115. Yeah! It feels so good and I am eating tons of good foods. I am also eating lots of good fats like almonds, walnuts, flax oil and avocado. It just feels good to be cloer to my old body but it has taught me a lot about self image or at least my own self image. Probably by the time I really get back to my old body, we will be thinking about another baby. LOL
